Customize flex will be used for backdrop set up.
500 balloon will be used for the ring decoration ( Pastel And Chrome Ballon )
5 Customized cake table will be placed near the backdrop.
Cake stand and decorative item will be placed at the cake table as shown in the image.
Decorative item may not be same as shown in the image.
5 No of artificiaal flower bouquet will be placed near the cake table..
Age letter led light will be placed near the backdrop.
Baby Name led light will be placed at the centre of the cake table.
400 Normal balloon will be used for celing and walls.
Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance.
Same entrance gate decoration will be done as shown in the image.
1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance gate.
This decoration will be done at large banquet hall and lawn.

All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
