200 balloon will be used for the ring decoration (180 PASTEL BALLOON AND 20 CHROME BALLOON)
5 animal foil balloon will be used for backdrop .
1 star foil balloon will be used for backdrop.
1 heart foil balloon will be used for backdrop.
1 no of age led light will be place infront of backdrop.
1 star foil on balloon pillar contain 8 balloons will be placed.
1 age foil on balloon pillar contailn 8 balloon will be placed.
200 no of balloon will be used for celing and walls.
2 No of spot light or Led parken will be used fro the backdrop.
100 no of balloon will be used for wall and celing.

You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
