Drapes cloth will be used for the better look of backdrop.
3 spot light or led parken will be used for the better look of backdrop.
1 Age led number light will be palcd near the backdrop.
3 customized cake table will be placed near the backdrop.
1 Hand cut out will be placed at the cake table.
350 no of balloon will be used for celing and walls.
1 Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance gate.
Entrance gste decoration will be same as shown in the image.
This decoration will be done at banquet hall and small hall.

All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
