Inclusions:
- Customized flex will be used for backdrop setup.(8ft 8ft)
- Balloon arch of 600 balloon will be used fro the backdrop decor.( Pastel Balloon)
- 2 No of frozen foil with 20 balloon pillar will be placed near the backdrop.
- Same backdrop setup will be done as shown in the image.
- 3 Customized Cake table will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
- Cake table may not be same as shown in the image.
- 1 Baby name with led light will be placed near the cake table.
- 1HBD led light will be placed near the backdrop.
- 6 Spot light or led parken will be used for better look of backdrop.
- 400 Normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
- 1 Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance.
- Same entrance gate decoration will be done as shown in the image.
- 2 Spot light or led parken will be used for the entrance gate.
- 4 No of Princess cut out with 20 balloon pillar each will be placed at the hall.
- This decoration is for large banquet hall or lawn.
Important Note:
- The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
- Total set up is provide only for rental basis.
- You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
- All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
- Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
- Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
- No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
- If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
- Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
