Inclusions:
- Drapes cloth will be used for the backdrop .(7 ft 7ft).
- 20 no of fairy light string will be used for the backdrop.
- Small star cut out will be used for the better look of backdrop.
- Same backdrop set will be done as shown in the image.
- 450 Arch balloon will be used for the better look of backdrop.
- 1 Moon and alphabat letter cut out will be placed for the backdrop.
- Colour of the balloon will be of your choice.
- 1 Stand with baby name letter will be placed near the backdrop.
- 1 Cake table will be placed near the backdrop.
- Cake table may not be same as shown in the image.
- 4 Spot light or led parken will be used for the bettr look of backdrop.
- 1 Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance.
- Same entrance gate decoration will be one as shown in the image.
- 1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance gate.
- 400 no of normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
- 2 Spot light and led parken will be used for the entrance gate.
- This decoration will be done at Large banquet hall and lawn.
Important Note:
- The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
- Total set up is provide only for rental basis.
- You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
- All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
- Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
- Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
- No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
- If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
- Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
