Customized board will be used for backdrop decoration.
300 balloon will be used fothe backdrop set up set up.(Mettalic And Pastel Balloon)
7 No of Customized wooden cut out will be placed near the backdrop
Same backdrop setup will be done as shown in the image.
Baby Name cut out will be placed at the centre of the baackdrop.
1 Animal cut out will be placed at the center of the backdrop.
3 Customized cake table will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
Cake stand and decorative item will be placed at the cake table.
4 Animal cut out and small artificial plants will be placed near the cake table.
400 Normal balloon will be used for celing and walls.
Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance.
Same entrance gate decoration will be done as shown in the image.
1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance gate.
Ths decoration will be done at large banquet hall and small hall.

All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
