Ring will be used for backdrop set up.(7ft 7Ft).
Same backdrop set will be done as shown in the image.
300 Balloon will be used for the backdrop set up.(Pastel and Chrome Balloon)
2 No of balloon pillars with 50 balloon each will be placed at both the side of backdrop.
1 Cake table will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
Cake table may not be same as shown in the image.
Age led number light will be placed near the backdrop.
200 no of normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
1 Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance.
Same entrance gate decoration will be done as shown in the image.
This decoration will be done at large banquet hall and samll hall .

You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
