Inclusions:

  • Ring will be used for backdrop decoration.
  •  Same backdrop setup will be done as shown.
  • Customize flex will be used for backdrop (7×7 feet)
  •  350 balloon will be used for the ring decoration (Pastel Ballon )
  • 3 unicorn foil with 20 balloons pillar each will be placed at both side of backdrop  .
  • 1 Cake table will be placed at the centre of backdrop.
  • Cake table may not be same as shown in the image.
  •  1Cake stand will be placed at the cake table.
  • 1 Unicorn led and Princess crown led light will be placed at the cake table
  •  Age letter led light will be placed at wooden crate .
  • Baby Name led will be placed near cake table.
  • 500 normal balloon will be used for celing and walls.
  • 1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance.
  • This decoration willbe done at large banquet hall and small hall.

Important Note: 

  • The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
  • Total set up is provide only for  rental basis.
  • You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
  • All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
  • Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
  • Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
  • No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
  • If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
  • Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
