Inclusions:

  • Drapes cloth will be used  for the backdrop setup.(7 ft 7ft )
  • Same backdrop setup will be done as shown in the image.
  • 15 No of frozen star will be used forr thee better look of backdrop.
  • 3 Cut out will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
  • 2 Frozen cut out will be placed at both the side of backdrop.
  • 100 balloon will be used for the backdrop ( Pastel Balloon).
  • 4 Spot light  or Led parken will be used for better look of backdrop.
  • Baby name letter will be placed at the front of backdrop.
  • Cottten will be used for the floor for better look of backdrop.
  • 300 Normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
  • 1 Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance.
  • Same decoration will be done as shown in the image.
  • 2 Spot light will be used for the entrance gate.
  • This decoration is for  banquet hall small hall .

Important Note:

  • The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
  • Total set up is provide only for  rental basis.
  • You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
  • All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
  • Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
  • Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
  • No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
  • If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
  • Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
