2 Customized board will be used for the backdrop decoration.
Same decoration will be done as shown in the image.
500 Balloons Arch will be used for backdrop decor. ( Pastel And Chrome Balloons)
Artificial white flower will be used for better look of backdrop.
Baby name board will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
2 Frozen cut out with balloon pillars with 16 balloons each will be placed at both the side of backdrop.
3 Customized Cake table will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
All the item shown in the caketable will be placed.
1 wooden crate will be placed at the centre of the cake table.
Frozen decorative house will be placed at the wooden crate.
500 no of normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
4 Balloon standy with 16 balloon pillar each will be placed at the hall.
Entrance gate decoration will be done at the entrance.
Same entrance gate decoration will be done as shown in the image .
1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance gate .

All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
