  • 1 Candy cut ot will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
  • 2 Customized cake table will be placed at the backdrop.
  • 2 Candy Cut out will be placed at the front of the backdrop.
  • 2 ice cream cut out will be placed at the front of the backdrop.
  • 8 Spot light or led parken will be used for better look of backdrop.
  • 1 platform will be used for the stage (9ft 12 ft)
  • 1 Carpet will be placed at the platform.
  • 500 no of  normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
  • Entrance gate decoration will be done at the entrance.

Important Note:

  • You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
  • All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
  • Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
  • Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
  • No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
  • If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
  • Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
