Inclusions:
- Customized flex will be used for backdrop setup. (8ft 8 ft)
- 2 Customized board will be used fro the backdrop.
- Same backdrop setup will be done as shown in the image.
- 500 No of bunch balloon will be used for the backdrop decoration. (Pastel And Chrome balloon)
- 2 No of parasute cut out will be used for the customized board.
- 1 Cake table will be placed at the center of the backdrop.
- Cake table may not be same as shown in the image.
- Customized flex will be used for the cake table.
- Platform will be used for the staage (9ft 12ft)
- 1 Carpet will be used for the stage.
- Carpet may not be same as shown in the image.
- 6 Spotlight or led Parken will be used for better look of backdrop.
- 500 no of normal balloons will be used for ceiling and walls.
- Entrance gate will be placed near the entrance.
- Same entrance gate decoration will be done as shown in the image.
- 1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance gate.
- 2 spotlight or led Parken will be used for the entrance gate.
- This decoration will be done at large banquet hall or Lawn.
Important Note:
- The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
- Total set up is provide only for rental basis.
- You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
- All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
- Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
- Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
- No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
- If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
- Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
