  • 3 No of stand will be placed  near the backdrop.
  • Princess crown and animal led light will be placed at the stand.
  • 3 No of Customized Cake table will be placed at the center of the backdrop.
  • Flower bouquet placed at the cake table is not included in this package.
  • Baby name led light will be placed near the cake table.
  • HBD led light will be placed near the cake table.
  • Age Mossaic number will be placed near the backdrop.
  • 4 No of 3D girraffe cut put will be used for the better look of backdrop.
  • 1 Green carpet will be used for the stage .
  • 6 Spot light or led parken will be used for better look of backdrop.
  •   500 no  of  normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
  • 6 No of standy with 20 balloon pillars each will be placed at the hall.
  • Entrance gate will be placed near the entrance.
  • Same entrance gate decoration will be done as shown in the image.
  • 1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance gate.
  • 2 spot light or led parken will be used for the entrance gate.
  • This decoration will be done at large banquet hall or Lawn.

Important Note:

  • The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
  • Total set up is provide only for  rental basis.
  • You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
  • All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
  • Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
  • Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
  • No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
  • If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
  • Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
