Inclusions:
- Customised grass mat will be used for backdrop setup.(8ft 8 ft)
- Happy Birthday neon light will be placed at the centre of backdrop.
- Neon light may not be same as shown in the image.
- Same backdrop setup will be done as shown in the image.
- 350 balloons will be used for backdrop.(Pastel Balloon)
- 3 Football foil balloon will be used for the better look of backdrop.
- 1 Customized round backdrop will be placed at the corner.
- 1 Customized flex with 2oo balloon will be used for the round backdrop.
- 1 Cake table will be placed at the centre of the backdrop.
- Baby name led light will be placed near cake table .
- Age number led light will be placed at the stage.
- Goal post and other item is not included in this package .
- 6 Spot light will be used for better look.
- 250 no of normal balloons will be used for celing and walls.
- 1 Entrance gate decoration will be done near the entrance.
- 1 Easel stand will be placed near the entrance gate.
- This decoration is for large banquet hall or lawn.
Important Note:
- The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
- Total set up is provide only for rental basis.
- You’ll need to provide a ladder to reach the ceiling.
- All the balloon will be normal air filled ballon .
- Decorator will not wait for more then 30 minute.
- Except ballon all material will be taken back next day.
- No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
- If the decoration has to be done at Banquet hall or Hotel prior permission has to be provided to Venyou4u team for the set up.
- Both side tapes will be used to stick balloon permission has to be provide from the Management team to use the tape for stick the balloons.
