• 100   metallic     balloon    will    be    decorated    to    ceiling     with   ribbons
• 50    normal   air    balloon    will   be   placed    on   the   floor/bed
• 50    normal   air    balloon    will   be    used    for    surrounding    area    decoration
• 1    confetti    balloon   will  be  used   to   decorate
• 1    happy    birthday    foil   balloon   will  be  placed  on  the  wall
• 1  serial  light  will   be   used

Note:

• Maskin  Tape  will  be  used  to  stick   the  balloons  on  the  roof  so  that   their  won’t  be  any  damage  for  walls
• There  will  be  no  Helium  Balloon  all  the  balloon  will  be  normal  air  balloon
