Stage Backdrop Decoration:
- Backdrop type: Satin cloth backdrop 8* 12 ft
- 1 fancing structure of 4 ft will be placed near the backdrop
- 2 bunch balloon will be placed at each side of fancing structure
- 4 paper fan will be placed at each side of backdrop
- 1 baby name board will be placed at backdrop
- 1 no cut out will be placed at the backdrop
- 1 flex banner of 6 * 6 ft with house and sun image near the backdrop
- 7 theme based cut out will be placed near the backdrop
- bunch balloon row of 4 ft will be placed near the theme based cut out
- Artificial leaf will be placed at balloon row
- 200 normal balloon will be used for decoration
Pathway /Party Area Decoration:
- 200 Normal balloon and ribbon will be used for party area surroundings as bunches
- 1 satin cloth backdrop of 8*7 ft at surrounding area
- 1 fancing structure near the backdrop
- 1 photo booth near the fancing structure
- 2 theme based cut out at photo booth
- 1 baby age cut out and baby name cut out near the fancing structure
- Creative balloon arch gate at the entrance
- 2 bunch balloon pillar with theme based cut out at the entrance
- 1 bunch balloon pillar with happy birthday board at the entrance
- 1 welcome board near the arch gate
- 1 theme based birthday board near the arch gate
- 200 balloon will be used for decoration
Requirement From Your End:
All decoration with bunches of balloons for walls as per venue manager’s consent.
Minimum 12 ft height is required for this theme set up.
Sufficient set-up time should be available.
Cake table and cloth need to be arranged by the customer or the venue management.
Power supply is required for the decorations to be completed on time.
- Ladder need to be provide to complete the decoration if necessary.
Access to the venue (with required permission) has to be provided to VenYou4u team by the customer to complete the decoration on time.
- Cake , cake table, cake table cloth, table and chair not included.
- Stage platform not included.
- Maskin tape will be used for all bunch balloon decoration at the venue please take prior permission from the management team
